How does a solar power plant work?

Solar panels

When sunlight hits a solar panel, an electrical voltage is created between its front and back sides, which leads to direct current generation.


The direct current is then sent to the converter (inverter) which transforms the direct current into alternating current and forwards it to household appliances and/or the grid if the solar panels produce more than the current consumption.


By taking an excess amount, your supplier lowers the cost of energy consumed from the network. The surplus is stored in the network and utilized when we use more energy than the power plant generates (night, cloudy weather...)

We ensure the quality of the installation of solar power plants through our team's expertise, the use of high-quality components, and the careful planning of each phase of the project to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability of the system.

Yes, we also do projects for customers applying for incentives and subsidies.

Warranties vary by manufacturer and model. For Trina Solar panels, the warranty is between 10 and 30 years, with an expected minimum power of approximately 85%. Renusol has a 10-year warranty, while SolarEdge offers a 15-year warranty. Regarding our installation service, we provide a 5-year warranty.

We also offer a power plant maintenance service. Maintenance includes monitoring the operation and components of the power plant, intervention in case of any failure, and cleaning panels per request. Mechanical and electrical components and the power plant as a whole can be checked periodically.

When creating the offer, the energy yield from the power plant is already calculated and compared with the expected consumption. The calculation also calculates the deadline within which the power plant should pay for itself. The deadline by which it pays off depends largely on the geographical location, orientation, slope of the roof, and the price and efficiency of the equipment that is installed.
